* Sample Answer
If I had the chance to meet any famous person, the one who immediately springs to mind is Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft. I’ve always been a fan of his leadership philosophy, and he is truly a visionary in the tech industry.
I first became aware of him while reading his book, "Hit Refresh." At that time, I was looking for ways to improve my own management style in designing curricula, and his insights into empathy and innovation really struck a chord with me. I’d love to have the opportunity to meet him, perhaps at a professional conference or even better, at the Microsoft campus in Redmond. I’ve often fantasized about having a brief, meaningful chat with him about how AI could revolutionize the way we teach students in Vietnam.
The main reason I’m so keen on meeting him is his unique approach to leadership. Unlike many CEOs who focus solely on numbers, he champions empathy-driven leadership and constantly advocates for a growth mindset.
In my line of work, where I deal with constant changes in educational trends, his perspective is incredibly valuable. I believe that gaining just a few minutes of his wisdom would broaden my horizons and help me become a more effective educator. Meeting him wouldn't just be a "fan moment"; it would be a golden opportunity to learn how to lead with purpose and heart.

Speaking Part 3: Famous person
1. Do you want to be a famous person?
| A | No, I would prefer to maintain my privacy and anonymity. |
| R | The loss of personal freedom and constant public scrutiny can be exhausting. |
| E | For instance, celebrities often struggle to perform simple daily tasks without being followed by the press. |
| C | I believe a quiet, balanced life is more conducive to genuine happiness. |
Actually, I have no desire to be a famous person; I would much prefer to maintain my privacy and lead a normal life. The primary reason is that fame often brings relentless public scrutiny, which can be incredibly exhausting and mentally taxing. For instance, high-profile celebrities frequently struggle to perform simple, mundane tasks—like going to a café—without being hounded by the media or swarmed by fans. I believe that enjoying a quiet, balanced existence is far more conducive to genuine happiness than living in the constant spotlight.
| relentless public scrutiny | /rɪˈlentləs ˈpʌblɪk ˈskruːtəni/ | n phr | sự giám sát không ngừng nghỉ của công chúng |
| mundane | /mʌnˈdeɪn/ | adj | (việc) thường nhật/tẻ nhạt |

2. Is it easy to become famous in your country?
| A | It is easier than ever due to the rise of digital platforms. |
| R | Social media has lowered the barrier to entry for content creators. |
| E | An ordinary person can go viral overnight by posting a creative video on TikTok or YouTube. |
| C | While becoming famous is easier, maintaining long-term relevance remains a significant challenge. |
In today's digital landscape, it is undoubtedly easier than ever to become famous in my country. Social media platforms have significantly lowered the barrier to entry, allowing virtually anyone to reach a massive audience without needing traditional media backing. For example, an ordinary individual can go viral overnight simply by creating a relatable or highly creative video on platforms like TikTok. However, while achieving momentary fame has become more accessible, building a sustainable career and maintaining long-term relevance remains a daunting endeavor.
| digital landscape | /ˈdɪdʒɪtl ˈlændskeɪp/ | n phr | bối cảnh kỹ thuật số |
| lower the barrier to entry | /ˈləʊə(r) ðə ˈbæriə(r) tu ˈentri/ | v phr | hạ thấp rào cản tham gia |

3. Do people become famous because of their talent?
| A | Not necessarily; there are many pathways to fame today. |
| R | While talent is a traditional route, many gain notoriety through controversies or viral trends. |
| E | Some 'influencers' are famous purely for their lifestyle or personality rather than a specific skill. |
| C | The definition of fame has shifted from 'merit-based' to 'attention-based.' |
I don't believe talent is the only prerequisite for fame anymore. While genuine talent was historically the primary pathway, nowadays, many individuals gain notoriety through sensationalism, public controversies, or simply by capitalizing on viral trends. For instance, a number of modern influencers have amassed millions of followers based purely on their lifestyle, appearance, or personality, rather than a demonstrable skill. This clearly indicates that the definition of fame has shifted from a merit-based system to an attention-based one, where visibility is valued over expertise.
| merit-based | /ˈmerɪt beɪst/ | adj | dựa trên năng lực thực sự |
4. What can children do with their fame?
| A | They can leverage their platform for positive social impact. |
| R | Famous children have the unique power to influence their peers and raise awareness. |
| E | A child actor could support charitable causes or promote educational initiatives. |
| C | Used wisely, their influence can become a powerful tool for community development. |
If children happen to be famous, they can utilize their platform to generate a positive social impact. They possess the unique, influential power to shape the opinions of their peers and raise awareness for important issues that adults might overlook. For example, a young actor could actively support charitable foundations or promote educational initiatives to inspire other children. If managed ethically and with proper guidance, this influence can be transformed into a highly effective tool for contributing to community development and fostering a sense of civic responsibility.
| leverage | /ˈliːvərɪdʒ/ | v | tận dụng/phát huy |
| social impact | /ˈsəʊʃl ˈɪmpækt/ | n phr | tác động xã hội |
| educational initiatives | /ˌedʒuˈkeɪʃənl ɪˈnɪʃətɪvz/ | n phr | các sáng kiến giáo dục |

5. What can today's children do to become famous?
| A | They often use social media to showcase their talents or hobbies. |
| R | Children are now 'digital natives' who are highly proficient with content creation tools. |
| E | Posting dance covers, gaming streams, or educational tutorials on YouTube. |
| C | While creative, this often exposes them to the risks of early digital exposure. |
Today’s children, being digital natives, are incredibly adept at utilizing social media to showcase their unique hobbies or artistic talents to a global audience. They often achieve popularity by posting creative content, such as dance covers, gaming streams, or even educational tutorials, which can resonate deeply with their own generation. However, while this showcases their innate creativity, it also exposes them to the risks of premature digital fame. Therefore, parents play a crucial role in ensuring that their children's pursuit of popularity is balanced with proper online safety.
| digital natives | /ˈdɪdʒɪtl ˈneɪtɪvz/ | n phr | những người sinh ra và lớn lên trong thời đại kỹ thuật số |
| adept at | /əˈdept æt/ | adj phr | giỏi/thành thạo trong việc gì |
| innate creativity | /ɪˈneɪt ˌkriːeɪˈtɪvəti/ | n phr | sự sáng tạo bẩm sinh |
| premature | /ˈpremətʃə(r)/ | adj | sớm/chưa chín muồi |
6. What are the advantages and disadvantages of being a famous child?
| A | There is a stark contrast between financial/career opportunities and the loss of childhood. |
| R | Advantages include early networking; disadvantages involve emotional stress and loss of privacy. |
| E | A child star might enjoy global success but miss out on a normal social life. |
| C | The trade-off is often unbalanced, as fame can disrupt a child's psychological development. |
Being a famous child is a double-edged sword that carries significant implications. On the upside, it provides unparalleled access to networking, financial independence, and career-defining opportunities at a young age. However, the drawbacks are equally severe, as famous children often lose the ability to have a normal social life, leading to emotional instability and extreme pressure to maintain their image. Ultimately, the trade-off is frequently unbalanced, as the constant demands of fame can severely disrupt a child’s natural psychological development and their sense of normalcy.
| double-edged sword | /ˌdʌbl edʒd sɔːd/ | n phr / idiom | con dao hai lưỡi |
| implications | /ˌɪmplɪˈkeɪʃnz/ | n | hệ lụy/ảnh hưởng |

| sense of normalcy | /sens əv ˈnɔːməlsi/ | n phr | cảm giác bình thường/bình yên |
